*What if I find the same product somewhere else at a cheaper price? Do you offer price matching?

Yes,Our goal is to offer the best prices on our products. If you find the same product at a cheaper price we'll match it! Just send us a copy of your store register receipt showing proof of the product you purchased at the lower price. Please Note: The price you paid must be original price not a sales price.

*How can you help me if I don't see a product on your website that I am looking for?

*If you have to special order a product for me is there an additional fee?

When special ordering products we do not charge an additional fee however we do require pre-payment of half of the order total in advance.

*If I change my mind and want to cancel my special order is my pre-payment refundable?

No, Pre-Payments on special orders are only refundable if we are unable to fulfill your order. The reason for this policy is because when items are special ordered this means that we are either ordering an item that we usually do not carry or we are ordering an item in a special style, size or color to meet your needs which may make it hard to re-sell.

*Do you offer free shipping or a percentage off of large orders?

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer free shipping on large orders. However, from time to time we do offer promotions on our website which may include free shipping, percentage off items, etc.

*Will you refund my shipping charges on any items that I return?

We normally do not refund shipping charges unless the product has a defect or we made an error in your order. If you qualify for a credit of your shipping charges we will only credit you at the standard/parcel shipping rate.

*Do you offer refunds on wholesale orders if I want to cancel my order or change my mind?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on wholesale orders. This is because we have set aside inventory for you and if you change your mind or wish to cancel your order we have to retain our costs (restocking fees etc.)on items that were held and could have been sold. This does not apply to defective merchandise.

*What if my order is lost in the mail. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for items lost in mail. However, we have now made available the option for you to add shipping insurance to protect against lost during checkout. For assistance with this option you may contact your customer service dept. at 1-866-590-5335.

*How are returns now being handled during the COVID-19 pandemic?

Due to COVID-19 we are currently limiting the products in which we are accepting returns. This includes items such as socks, tights and hats. If you have any additional return questions please feel free to contact us at 1-866-590-5335.
